以某新型方坯连铸火焰切割机系统结构为例,介绍了方坯材料切割加工中应用PLC控制技术,解决方坯材料切割过程中定尺长度精确探测、切割质量控制、友好人机界面的实现等关键技术问题。

Taking an example of a new type connect-foundry and flame-cutting machine's configuration,this article introduces using PLC control in flame-cutting rectangle roughcast to resolve the primary questions of cutting rectangle roughcast,such as length's precision mea-suring,the control of cutting-quality,the friendship face of people and machine.
