电子收费系统主要由射频读卡器、激光车型传感器、逃费抓拍装置和车道控制器组成。中央控制机通过局域网与车道主机通信,并利用Internet连接远程的数据中心和客户服务中心。系统可以自动适应各种车辆并在同一车道上实现停车或不停车缴费的混合作业模式。

The ETC mainly consists of RF reader,laser calssification sensors,video enforce-ment systems and lane controller.The lane controller's computer is in communication with a central host computer which connects with remote data center and customers server center by INTERNET.This system can uniquely identify various vehicle and collect toll automatically in such a way either to stop or not to stop in the same land.
