摘要 在食品材料的微量元素分析中。已广泛采用石墨炉原子吸收法作为测试手段,固体进样技术的发展摆脱了繁琐的样品消解过程,从而在很大程度上克服了长期以来令人头痛的化学沾污问题。然而,由于直接固体进样技术称样量小。 A simple and rapid method is described for the direct determination of lead in wheat and rice flour by ETAAS. The flours are boiled in water bath successfully to give a suspensions containing 2% sample material and can be respectly steadied to 50 and 30 mins. Effect of the slurry stability and the potimum condition of estimation are studied. The sensitivity of method is 1.3ng/ml/1%. The detection limit is 1.8 ng/ml. The C. V of 20ng/ml Pb in sample is 2.0%. The recovery of six kinds of sample are 91.4~115%.
