摘要 3C (computer、communications、consumer electronics)产品轻、薄、高质感与个性化等发展趋势 ,造就钛金属应用的机会 ,相对带动相关成形加工、表面处理、精密结合等工艺技术的研发需求。本文即针对钛金属冲压成形特性及模具设计技术进行研究 ,包含弯曲回弹及引伸极限试验 ,建立相关之成形性资料 ,作为笔记型电脑上壳件冲压成形设计参考。实际设计时则以电脑模拟解析软件PAMSTAMP辅助设计分析 。 Due to the latest developing tendency of 3C products to pursue their lightness?thiness?high quality and personality,the applying chance of titanium metal has been clearly appeared.And so,by it has given an impetus to the relative researches on such as forming technology?surface treatment?precision conjunction and so on.In this paper,the stamp forming charactristics and die\|design technics of titanium metal are studied.In it the bending resilience and drawing limit of the material are tested and its concerned formality data are set up too.To engage in stamping titanium Note\|Book PC case,all above information may be given to die\|designers for references.
