摘要
研究了在粉末冶金飞机刹车材料的后处理中 ,浸透对刹车材料物理机械性能以及摩擦磨损性能的影响。研究表明 ,663青铜粉末对铁铜混合基粉末冶金航空刹车材料具有较好的润滑性能 ;在一定保温时间下 ,随着浸透温度的升高 ,材料的硬度、密度均有所增加 ,开孔隙度逐渐降低。在一定的保温温度下 ,随着保温时间的增加 ,材料的硬度、密度均先增加后下降 ,开孔隙度的变化规律则相反。采用浸透工艺可以降低铁铜基粉末冶金飞机刹车材料的磨损量 ,而摩擦系数基本保持不变。
The effects of infiltration on the physical and mechanical properties and friction behaviour of powder metallurgy brake material for airplane are studied. The results show that 663 bronze powder is a good infiltration medicament for iron-copper based airplane brake material. In a given range of thermal insulation time, the brake material's hardness and density increase and its porosity decreases as the temperature rises. In a given range of thermal insulation temperature, the brake material's hardness and density increase and then decrease, and the change in its porosity is contrary to the changes in its hardness and density. The infiltration technology can reduce the wear rate of the brake material and keep its friction coefficient unchanged. Through the study, a appropriate infiltration technology has established.
