摘要
本实验建立了以国产ICP-AES摄谱仪测定高纯氧化铽中十个稀土杂质氧化物的分析方法,其测定下限总浓度为0.145%,回收率为89~107%,对国内稀土产品分析及控制具有实用意义。
A method has been developed for the determination of Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Y in pure terbium oxide by ICP-AES. The optimun conditions of the measurement were discussed. The lowest concentrations determined for different elements were between 0.1~4.0μg/ml. The recovery 89~107% was obtained.
