摘要
为深入了解高矫顽力Sm2 (Co ,Fe ,Cu ,Zr) 17永磁体烧结温度与磁体磁性能的关系 ,设计了 6种不同烧结温度 ,分别测试了各温度下烧结试样的密度和磁性能。试验结果表明∶高矫顽力Sm2 (Co ,Fe,Cu ,Zr) 17磁体的密度随着烧结温度的升高而升高 ,在 12 10~ 12 2 0℃达到最大值 ;磁体在 12 0 5~ 12 10℃烧结时有较高的磁性能 ,内禀矫顽力超过 1910kA/m ,最大磁能积达到 2 10kJ/m3,温度过高或过低都使磁体性能下降 ;剩磁 Br随磁体密度的升高而上升 。
In order to study the relations between the sintering temperature and the magnetic properties of high-coercivity Sm2(Co,Fe,Cu, Zr)17 permanent magnets, the densities and magnetic properties of samples made at 6 different sintering temperatures were measured. The results show that the density of high-coercivity Sm2(Co,Fe,Cu, Zr)17 permanent magnets increases and then decreases slightly with the increase of sintering temperature, and the maximum density is reached at the sintering temperature between 1210°C and 1220°C; the permanent magnets have better magnetic properties at sintering temperature between 1205°C and 1210°C; the intrinsic coercivity is 1910 kA/m and the maximum magnetic energy product is 210 kJ/m3; magnetic properties will decrease above or below the temperature range; the remanence increases with the increase of alloy density, and the intrinsic coercivity changes with alloy density, grain size and cellular size.
