摘要
烧结零件的尺寸变化及控制对其生产过程及成本至关重要。尤其是近几年烧结硬化技术的发展 ,减少了烧结后精整 (sizing)的可能性 ,对烧结过程中零件的尺寸变化及其控制提出了更高的要求。本文结合烧结钢零件的生产过程综述了影响尺寸变化的各种因素 ,并阐述如何协调这些因素以便最有效地控制尺寸变化 。
Dimensional change and its control play an important role in the production process and the cost of PM steel components. Due to the fact that after sinter hardening (a new technique developed during the recent years) the components become too hard to be sized, a more accurate control in dimensional change of the components is requested. In the present paper, factors which influencing the dimensional change during PM production, adjustment of these factors in order to reach a better dimensional control are discussed. Some cases are taken as examples in relation to the most popular alloying systems used for PM steels.
