摘要
通过对本钢铁水预处理站镁基粉剂脱硫工艺优化的理论研究和生产实践 ,探索出适合生产要求的喷吹压力、喷吹速度、钙镁比等工艺参数。喷吹工艺优化满足现行生产工艺要求 ,可保证脱硫效果 ,提高脱硫剂的利用率 。
The optimized parameters,such as pressure,injection rate and CaO/Mg etc.have been derived from both theoretical research and production practice of hot metal pretreatment with magnesium based De S powder reagent.After optimization,the production requirements are met,and De S effect is guaranteed.The utilization of De S reagent is improved,and steel cost is reduced.
