摘要
介绍自主开发的冷轧带材板形分析及预设定控制软件—— FAPCSR的主要特征及工业应用情况。对其理论基础和功能模块做了论述。软件采用模块化设计 ,实现了 Visual Basic语言与 Fortran语言的链接和集成 ,界面友好 ,可视化程度高。仿真分析结果可靠 ,可适用于冷带材轧机机型选择。
The main characteristics and application of developed software for flatness analysis and presetting control of cold strip rolling (FAPCSR) are introduced. The theoretical basis and function modules are described. The software is designed for modularity, in which the Visual Basic and Fortran is linked and integrated together. The simulation results are reliable. It has friendly interface and higher visually, and it can be applied to mill type selection, function analysis of shape control and shape preset control.
