摘要
提出了一种基于齿面 3阶接触理论的曲线齿锥齿轮副的低噪声、低误差敏感度的传动性能设计方法。作者通过对齿轮副传动函数的研究 ,揭示了齿轮副 2阶接触特性、3阶接触特性与传动函数、冲击、噪声的关系 ,同时从 3阶接触特性中选择了和齿轮副误差敏感度相关的参数 ,并给出了它们作为 3阶优化目标时的赋值原则。最后 ,给出了一个算例。
Based on the theory of tooth surface up and including third order contact, this paper presents a new methodology for transmission performance design of spiral bevel gears and hypoid gears with low-noise and low misalignment error sensibility. The relation between 2 rd ?3 rd contact characteristics and the transmission function is found by investigating the transmission function. Characteristics concerning errors sensibility are selected from 3 rd contact characteristics simultaneously, and the assignment criterion of these parameters as 3 rd optimization objective is provided. Finally, a numerical example for verifying the proposed theory is provided.
