摘要
目的 :测定复方双氯芬酸钠注射液中双氯芬酸钠和利多卡因的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,Kromasil C1 8为色谱柱 ,4.1 %醋酸钠溶液 (pH5 .5) 甲醇 (30∶70 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 2 0nm ;柱温 2 5℃。结果 :双氯芬酸钠线性范围为 2 9.95~ 2 99.52mg·L- 1 ,平均回收率为 99.2 9% (RSD为 0 .77% ,n =9) ;利多卡因线性范围为 6 .85~ 68.52mg·L- 1 ,平均回收率为1 0 1 .3 % (RSD为 0 .76 % ,n =9)。结论 :该法简便 ,灵敏 。
OBJECTIVE To determine diclofenace sodium and lidocaine in compound diclofenace sodium injection.METHODS A reversed phase HPLC was established for the determination with Kromasil C 18 column. The mobile phase consisied of 4.1% sodium acetate solution(adjust with glacial acetic acid to a pH of 5.5 ) methanol(30∶70), The detection wavelength was 220 nm, The temperature of column was 25℃.RESULTS Diclofenace sodium had a good linearity ( r = 0.9997 ) in the range of 29.95 ~ 299.52 mg·L -1 , the mean recovery was 99.29% ( RSD= 0.77% , n =9). Lidocaine had a good linearity ( r = 0.9999 ) in the range of 6.85 ~ 68.52 mg·L -1 , the mean recovery was 101.3% (RSD= 0.76% , n =9).CONCLUSIONS The above method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
