摘要
目的 :制备乌拉地尔缓释胶囊并对其体外释放特性进行考察。方法 :以丙烯酸树脂作为缓释材料 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定乌拉地尔缓释胶囊的释放度 ,并进行释放度研究。结果 :以 (2 68± 1 )nm为测定波长 ,乌拉地尔在 3~ 30mg·L- 1 浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9999(n =3)。其体外释放特性符合Higuchi模式。 结论 :乌拉地尔缓释胶囊制备简单 。
OBJECTIVE To prepare an urapidil sustained release capsules and investigate its release regularity of urapidil in viro.METHODS Acrylic resin was used as excipient of sustained release capsules. The dissolution rate of urapidil was determined by UV spectrophotometry and release regularity was investigated.RESULTS The wavelength was (268±1) nm, the standard curve was good linear in the range of urapidil 3~30 mg·L -1 , r = 0.9999 ( n =3).The release properties of urapidil sustained-release capsules corresponded with Higuchi kinetics.CONCLUSIONS The urapidil sustained release capsules is simple,and show a obviously sustained release effect.
