摘要
本文使用多道ICP光谱仪,在不同载气流速下同时观测14条常用的,具有不同特性的谱线信号,研究它们相关性和变动特征。结果表明:就选用一个内标元素作为具有不同特性谱线的内标,对提高测定精度而言,最佳载气流速应是低载气流速。
Effect of carrier gas flow rate on the fluctuation of the analytical signal and the correlation during the 14 common lines of the widely different physical properties was firstly studied by means of one simultancous ICP-AES in this paper. The results show that the signal correlation is very sensitve to changes in carrier gas flow rate, and the correlation between any two lines except Ar I line becomes poor with the increase of the rate. The measurement precision of analytical signal will be greatly improved although an analytical line is much different from a reference line in the physical properties if the meaurement is made at the low rate.
