摘要
本文报道了利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对血浆中锌、钢、铁、钾、钠、钙和镁七元素同时测定的方法。
This paper described the determination of Zn, Cu, Fe, K, Na, Ca, Mg in human by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The precision and recovery are satisfactory. It can be applied to medical determintion of the seven dements in human plasma.
