摘要 本文提出了用乙醇作为NaBH_4的溶剂,APDC-MIBK萃取,有机相氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定水样中痕量锑的新方法。与已报道的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为NaBH_4的溶剂相比较,乙醇具有价廉、无毒性以及荧光背景小和可以在较低酸度下发生氢化物的特点。对非水介质氢化物发生法的推广应用具有一定的实用价值。 A method for covalent hydride generation in non-aqueous extraction phase has been developed for determination of antimony by nondispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Antimony is extracted by ammonium pyrrolidine-1-carb-odithioate (APDC) into methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), and after hydride generation is carried out in the organic phase by sodium tetrahydroborate in ethanol and anhydrous acetic acid. Compared with N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) used previously, ethanol is cheaper, non-poison, lower fluorescence background and hydride can be generated in lower acidity. The method is very sensitive and precise.
