年龄相关性黄斑变性 ,是目前老年人常见主要致盲性眼病之一。由于发病原因及机制不清 ,目前尚无有效的治疗方法 ,药物、激光光凝及手术治疗适用于部分患者 ,有一定的效果 ,近年来国内外学者应用光动力学疗法 ,使脉络膜的新生血管封闭 ,视力得以保存和改善。因此有必要探求新的治疗方法 。
