摘要 目的 观察灵长类主要运动区和背侧运动前区的丘脑起源。方法 采用束路示踪技术 ,将 2种逆行示踪剂分别注射到猴子的主要运动区 (M 1)和背侧运动前区 (PMd)。结果 丘脑腹外核嘴侧部 (VLo) ,腹内侧核(VM ) ,腹后外侧核嘴侧部 (VPLo) ,腹外侧核尾侧部 (VLc) ,中央中核 (CM ) ,中央外侧核 (CL)和腹后内侧核(VPM )均有纤维投射到M 1。丘脑腹外侧核嘴侧部 (VLo) ,腹后外侧核的嘴侧部 (VPLo) ,腹外侧核的尾侧部(VLc)和背内侧核 (MD)则主要投射到背侧运动前区 (PMd)。结论 M1和PMd具有不同的丘脑起源 ,这种起源既有重叠也有分离 ; Objective To observe the thalamic origin of the primary motor area (M1) and dorsal premotor area (PMd). Methods Two retrograde tracers were injected into M1 and PMd in monkeys, respectively. Results The fibers of thalamic ventral lateral nucleus, oral part (VLo), ventral medial nucleus (VM), ventroposterolateral nucleus, oral part (VPLo), ventral lateral nucleus, caudal part (VLc), central median nucleus (CM), central lateral nucleus (CL) and ventroposteromedial nucleus (VPM) projected to M1. The fibers of the thalamic ventral lateral nucleus, oral part (VLo), ventroposterolateral nucleus, oral part (VPLo), ventral lateral nucleus, caudal part (VLc) and medial dorsal nucleus (MD) projected to PMd.Conclusion M1 and PMd have different thalamic origins, some which are separate and some overlap; the cerebellar and basal ganglia affect their activities by the different thalamic nuclei.
