Effect of Xuezhikang therapy on C-reactive protein level of hyperlipidemia patients

目的 研究血脂康对高脂血症患者C反应蛋白 (CRP)的影响。方法 测定 45例高脂血症患者应用血脂康治疗前后血脂、CRP水平的变化。结果 经过 8周血脂康治疗 ,总胆固醇、LDL C、TG及CRP分别下降2 8.13 % (P <0 .0 1)、2 1.92 % (P <0 .0 1)、13 .3 7% (P <0 .0 5 )及 13 .75 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而HDL C升高 9.2 5 %(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 血脂康不仅可调脂 。

Objective To study the effect of Xuezhikang therapy on C-reactive protein level of hyperlipidemia patients. Methods Blood samples from 45 patients with hyperlipidemia before and after 8-week Xuezhikang therapy were tested for C-reactive protein(CRP) and lipid/lipoprotient levels and statistical analyses. Results After 8-week Xuezhikang therapy, the levels of total-cholesterol, low-density lipoprotient cholesterol(LDL-C), triglycerides(TG) and CRP decreased by 28.13% (P<0.01), 21.92% (P<0.01), 13.37% (P<0.05) and 13.75% (P<0.05) compared with those before the therapy; high-density lipoprotient cholesterol(HDL-C) elevated by 9.25%(P>0.05). Conclusion Xuezhikang can reduce lipid/lipoprotient and CRP levels.
