摘要
首次采用表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)研究不同组分相互作用的动态变化过程,指出了脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)互补碱基对(胞嘧啶和鸟嘌呤:腺嘌呤和胸腺嘧啶)之间的氢键缔合作用为二级反应动力学过程,提出了DNA碱基在银镜表面的增强机制的[Ag—Cl—(氢键)—碱基]的氢键模式。
The SERS behavior of DNA complementary base pairs guanine (G)-cytosine (C) and adenosine (A)-thymine (T) on silver mirror was studied. The experimental results showed that the SELLS of C could be quenched by G and the similar phenomenon was observed for T and A. The dynamic measurement demonstrated that it lasted about 2 seconds for the whole quenched process. The experimental results also implied that the hydrogen bond association rather than any other chemical adsorption evident on silver substrate is predominant one for SERS mechanism of G, C, A and T. It is suggested that the possible model of the formation of hydrogen bond association is as follows: Ag—Cl—(hydrogen bond)—compound.
