多组分粘稠性聚合物的FT-IR光谱涂片定量法

摘要 应用光谱减(Subtract)程序,将混合化合物中的“标志谱带”进行光谱自身加减,从而使不等厚度涂片样调整到等厚度。然后用Specfit程序定量,其均方误差在0.0011~0.0193之间。 A new approach for quantitative analysis of FT-IR spectra of complex viscous multicomponent materials using coating on KBr plate has been reported. In this approach, the Quant-32 software was combined with the absorption subtract technique, which was used to compensate different sample pathlengths in different coating samples. The absorption subtraction was performed on the basis of specified 'marker peak'. Examples of use of the approach and comparison with actual measurements demonstrate its reliability. The root mean square deviations are between 0.0011 and 0.0193 weight fractions.
