摘要
提出一种激光显微发射光谱Morton分析法的计算公式和计算方法。既量化Morton法的原理,又不再需要实测激光在样品上形成孔穴体积和样品密度,也不需要绘制分析曲线,仅通过简单计算即可获得样品中元素含量,从而可以减少取样重量误差对分析结果的影响和提高工作效率。
The formulae and calculation procedures of Morton's analytical method are developed on the basis of spectroscopic theory. It is no longer indispensable to analyse sample to draw analytical curves and measure the volume of crater produced by laser in sample as well as the sample density, therefore the influence of their measuring errors on the analytical resuits will be avoided. The element content (concentration) of sample may be obtained by a simple and easy calculation procedure and the efficiency can be raised.
