摘要
对单晶Ni2 MnGa的马氏体相微观结构进行了分析 ,发现可能是由于在单晶生长过程中在生长方向存在取向的内应力 ,导致该单晶样品发生马氏体相变时马氏体变体会沿生长方向择优排列 .通过对单晶磁化曲线的测量 ,讨论了变体的择优排列对磁畴分布的影响 .
Microstructure and magnetic measurements were performed to reveal the distribution of the internal stress in single crystals of Ni(2) MnGa. It was suggested that due to the existence of the directional internal stress in the growth direction of single crystals results in the perfect arrangement of martensitic variants along the growth direction. Furthermore, the influence of such a perfect arrangement of variants on the formation of magnetic domain was studied in this paper.
