摘要
用同步辐射激发X射线荧光分析,对11个产妇怀孕期间头发内一些元素含量的变化趋势进行了测量,在各自对比的基础上,得到了一些结果。
Using synchrotron radiation excited fluorescence analysis, the trace elements change along the hairs of eleven pregnant women during the period of gestation was measured by scanning their single hair. Some results of elements change tendency have been got on the basis of a self comparison method for each individual.
The MDL for some elements have been got by comparing with ICP-AES: Ca 4.64×10^(-10)g, Fe 5.32×10^(-12)g, Zn 6.53×10^(-10)g, Cu 4.68×10^(-11)g. The experimental precision for single hair scannig measurement was good.
