摘要
针对地源热泵钻井费昂贵、初投资比普通供暖空调高的问题 ,利用经济评价方法 ,以哈尔滨地区供暖面积 10 0 0 0m2 为计算对象 ,分析比较了地源热泵 3种驱动源 (电动机、燃气机、柴油机 )、3种辅助热源 (电锅炉、油锅炉、燃气锅炉 )、共计 9种系统组合的经济参数 (初投资、年经营成本、年总成本、净现值 ,净现值率及投资回收期 ) ,分析计算得出燃气机驱动。
Considering the very high cost of drilling and the initial capital cost of ground source heat pump (GSHP) higher than that of conventional heating and air conditioning system, the initial capital costs for 9 different system configurations of GSHP with three driving forces; elector motor, diesel engine and gas turbine and three supplemental heat sources: electric boiler, oil boiler and gas boiler are analyzed and compared in terms of initial capital, annual operating cost, annual total cost, net present value, net present value ratio and static recovery period for the heating area of 10000 m2 in Harbin, and it is concluded that the gas engine driven GSHP with 190 kW supplemental gas boiler is the best system.
