摘要
为提高月球车的越障能力 ,结合月球表面的复杂环境 ,设计了一种行星越障轮式月球车 .该车主要由 3大部件组成 :车架、悬架 (由扭杆弹簧和磁弹簧减振器并联构成 )和行星越障轮 .设计重点在月球车的行驶系统 ,该车不仅在悬架设计上考虑了行驶系统的越障性能———采用了扭杆弹簧和磁弹簧减振器相结合的形式 ,而且在车轮的设计上也考虑到车轮本身的越障能力———采用了行星越障轮 .对该车的行驶系统进行了概述 ,并对行驶性能进行了分析和计算 .结果表明 :该车具有较强的越障能力和灵活的转弯特性 。
A new type of lunar rover was designed according to the complex environment of lunar surface, and it consists of the frame, the suspension and the planetary wheels to surmount obstacles. Not only the combined torsion bar spring with magnetic spring absorber are employed to surmount obstacles, but also planetary wheels are employed to surmount obstacles. The results of emperiments indicate that the rover has a strong obstacle-climbing and flexible steering capability, and can adapt itself to rough and uneven lunar terrains and topographic environment.
