摘要
运用热等离子弧熔覆法,在Q235基体表面熔覆了镍基合金,对合金的组织及形成原因进行了分析,同时研究了熔覆层和基体的界面.试验表明,熔覆层有较好的耐磨性.指出其原因主要是因为形成大量的高强韧镍基固溶体和耐磨的硬质相及表面形成的细小组织对耐磨性的贡献,并从多方面分析了耐磨机理.
