结合电力公司电能计量管理的需要和特点,分析了电能计量管理信息系统的设计思想、原则、电能计量管理流程和功能,运用PowerBuilder8 0和SQLSERVER7 0作为开发工具,建立了服务端SQLSERVER7 0数据库的概念模型,并且把概念模型转化为数据模型,开发实现了客户端应用程序.该系统功能完善,操作简单方便,运行安全可靠.
