摘要
结合典型事故案例,针对原油码头生产过程中可能发生的原油泄漏与火灾爆炸事故的原因进行了分析,并提出了预防事故的安全措施。
Combined with some typical accident cases, the causes of release and fire & explosion accidents which may happen during the production at crude oil terminal are analyzed, and corresponding safety measures for preventing accidents are put forward as well.
