摘要
采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备羟基磷灰石-生物玻璃多孔复相陶瓷。在适量的固相含量和生物玻璃的含量下,可制得孔结构满足骨组织工程支架材料要求的多孔陶瓷。随生物玻璃含量的增加,复相陶瓷的硬度先下降继而大幅度上升。模拟体液实验表明复相陶瓷的生物活性随生物玻璃的含量增加而下降。
The porous hydroxyapatite-bioglass duplex ceramic was prepared by the dipping method with polymer foam. Porous ceramic with a pore structure meeting the requirements for the scaffold of bone tissue engineering could be prepared at suitable solid content and solid ratio.The hardness of the duplex ceramic will increase violently after its decreasing with the bioglass content.The simulated body fluid test indicated that the bioactivity of the duplex ceramic decreases with the bioglass content.
