La_(2-x)Sr_xNiO_4薄膜的制备及氧敏特性的研究

THE PREPARATION OF THIN FILMS OF La_(2-x)Sr_xNiO_4 AND THE RESEARCH OF ITS OXYGEN - SENSITIVITY

本实验采用无机盐为原料的溶胶—凝胶法制备了复合氧化物La_(2-x)Sr_xNiO_4薄膜,研究了它的阻温特性和氧敏特性。并采用XRD,SEM,AFM(原子力显微镜)等对该薄膜的结构进行了表征。

Thin films of La2-xSrxNiO4 were prepared by sol - gel process with nitrate and organic chelator as raw materials.The oxygen sensitivity and responsibility of the La2 - xSrxNiO4 film were tested in oxidizing/reducing atmosphere. The resistance - temperature stabilily of the film were investigated. The formation and microstructure of the film were analyzed by means of XRD, SEM and AFM.
