摘要
本文研究了溴代卟啉试剂T(DBHP)P分光光度法测定陶瓷中的铅.在0.08mol/L NaOH介质中,铅与溴代卟啉试剂形成1:2橙黄色配合物,最大吸收波长在479nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为:2.2×105.铅量在0.04-0.48ug/ml内符合比耳定律,可用于陶瓷中的铅的测定,获得满意结果.
A method for the determination of adsorbed lead in ceramic with T(DBHP)P is reported in this paper . The complex - formation reaction in 0.08 mol/L NaOH solution can be accelerated at room temperature in the presence of oxine. The Soret band lies at 479nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.2 x 105. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-12ug of lead in 25ml of solution. The method has been applied to the determination of micro amounts of adsorbed lead in ceramic with satisfactory results.
