摘要
本文讨论了光纤(束)二次被覆高分子圆松管管壁厚度的设计,详细分析了两种典型外力(侧压和均压)、松管变形率、松管外径以及松管材料弹性强度与管壁厚度的关系。同时,结合五种常用的松管高分子材料,分别给出了定量设计曲线。
Designs on the wall-thickness of high-polymer round loose-tube to be used as the secondary coating of fibers (or fiber-bundles ) are discussed in this paper. The relations between the wall-thickness and two typical forces applied to the tube (laterally and circumferentially, tube deformation ratio, tube outdiameter, elastic modulus of tube material are analyzed in details. Meanwhile, the quantified curves are given for the different high-polymer naterials suitable for loose tube (HDPE, PP, NYLON-12, TR-55, PBT).
