摘要 采用改性酚醛树脂为基体 ,碳纤维与钢纤维、矿物纤维等混杂使用作为增强材料 ,制成了适合于提速列车盘形制动装置的少金属制动闸片。在 1:1惯性力矩试验台上对其制动性能进行了测试。结果表明 ,所研制的制动闸片在各种规定试验条件下的摩擦性能均能满足最高运行速度为 12 0~ A new type of braking pad used for disc braking in the para high speed railway car was developed,which was modified by using phenolic resin as matrix,the hybrid fibers of carbon fiber,steel fiber and mineral fiber as reinforced materials The tribological properties of the braking pad were tested in the Friction & Wear Tester for Railway Rolling Stocks The results showed that the braking pad could meet the demands of the para high speed railway car which ran at the speed of 120~160 km/h for friction performance under the given test conditions
