本文探讨钢带纵包成形工艺,并分析了影响钢带纵包成形的因素,提出了工艺上解决的方法。最后,从中心管式缆对钢带纵包过程中伸长的要求出发,求出了模子的理论最佳角度。

This paper describes the longitudinal winding technique of steel tape, analyses the factors influencing the quality of formation of longitudinal winding. In order to reduce the steel tape elongation during the winding, an optimum winding angle was suggested.
