摘要
将亚洲棉和比克氏棉杂交,育成双二倍体,然后用该双二倍体与不同色素腺体的海岛棉进行杂交,获得三交种异源四倍体.用海岛棉做轮回亲本获得四交后代。采用回交的手段,对回交后代进行形态学和细胞学研究。结果表明,回交后代BC4F1出现许多超亲的分离性状。这样为进一步转育种子无腺体/植株有腺体的新棉种提供了性状遗传学材料。
The amphidiploid was got from the hybridization of (G. arboreum×G. bickii) , then some trispecific hybrids were derived form the hybridization of (G. arboreum×G. bickii)×G. barbadense with different glands. G. barbadense was served as backcross parents, then backcross progenies were got. Based on studies on genetic characteristics and cytology of a trispecific hybrid backcross progenies, the main results were as follows: backcross progenies have many transgressive characters, which supply materials for new species of cotton with glandless-seed and glanded-plant.
