摘要
用无机的二氧化锗为锗源,选用4株乳酸菌进行无机锗的富集转化,筛选出耐受力高,富集能力强的乳酸菌菌株。实验结果表明,菌株b对锗的富集量可达到1 776.5 ug/mL,菌株a也可达到608.7 ug/mL;而菌株c和d对锗的富集量相对较低。且对无机锗的耐受力差,在含锗0.2%的培养基中不能生长。
The study was carried on the Germanic enrichment in Lactic Acid Bacteria, and the strains with high endurance and absorbency to Ge were selected. The result shows: strains b and a have high endurance, and the absorbency are 1 776. 5 ug/mL and 608. 7 ug/mL respectively.
