甘氨酸部分替代硝态氮对不结球白菜和生菜生长及硝酸盐积累的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以蛭石为基质、甘氨酸部分替代营养液中硝态氮,对不结球白菜和生菜生长及硝酸盐含量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,适当比例的甘氨酸可以明显降低两种蔬菜体内的硝酸盐含量,以替代硝态氮15%~20%为宜,两种蔬菜分别可比对照减少10 41%~13 51%和15 17%~22 22%;而叶片全氮含量显著增加。生菜对甘氨酸反应敏感,利用效率高于不结球白菜,地上部鲜重明显增加,干重各处理间无显著差异;而不结球白菜地上部鲜重变化不大,干重减少。 Under medium (vermiculite as medium) condition, different concentration of Gly in nutrient solution reduced accumulation of nitrate in non-heading Chinese cabbage and lettuce.When the percentaye of replacement of nitrate by Gly was 15%~20%, effect of reducing accumulation of nitrate in non-heading Chinese cabbage and lettuce was the best,reduced by 1040%~1351% and 1517%~2222%, respectively,the but total-N in two vegetable leaves increased markedly (P<005).Lettuce responded to Gly sensitively,the use efficiency of Gly was higher than non-heading Chinese cabbage's,and that FW of lettuce increased evidently (P<005).However, their DW had no differences; FW of non-heading Chinese cabbage was constant,while its DW decreased. 
