亚硫酸铵对稻草瘤胃有效降解率的影响

摘要 用0%、4%、8%的亚硫酸铵处理稻草,水分调至45%,填紧压实,密封保存于贮罐内1个月,然后用瘤胃尼龙袋法测定稻草有效降解率,分析相关营养指标。试验结果表明:4%、8%的亚硫酸铵可显著提高(P<0.01)稻草中CP、S元素含量,分别提高CP83.80%、174%,S370%、465%;显著降低(P<0.01)NDF、ADF含量,分别降低NDF5.48%、6.98%,ADF3.94%、14.16%。可显著提高(P<0.01)稻草中DM、OM有效降解率,其中8%亚硫酸铵分别提高DM、OM有效降解率12.57%、13.11%,显著降低(P<0.01)NDF有效降解率13.54%。 Rice straw was treated with(NH 4 ) 2 SO 3 (0%,4%,8%),moisture being45percent and being1month vacuum store.Then the method of rumen nylon bag was used to test the effective degradability of rice straw,and analyzing the correlated nutrition index.The trial effect indicated:(NH 4 ) 2 SO 3 (4%,8%)could signiicantly improve(P<0.01)the content of CP and S in rice straw,and they respectively increases CP (83.80%,174%),S (370%,465%).They also could significantly reduce(P<0.01)the content of NDF and ADF,respectively decreasing NDF5.48%and6.98%,ADF3.94%and14.16%;Could significantly increase (P<0.01)the effective degradability of DM and OM in rice straw and markedly decreae(P<0.01)the effective degradability of NDF.The(NH 4 ) 2 SO 3 (8%)respectively improves the effective degradability12.57%and13.11%of DM and OM,and decrease the effective degradability13.54%of NDF.
