摘要
PC/ABS是目前应用最广、最具商业化价值的合金材料品种之一,其消烟问题更是当前研究的热点。作者在优化了PC、ABS、双组份界面相容剂及阻燃剂相对含量的基础上,探讨了有机硅粉、纳米粘土(n MMT)的消烟作用,结果表明,n MMT对PC/ABS合金的冲击韧性有较大的影响。
Now PC/ABS is one of the widest scope of applications and the most commercially valued alloy materials,and the problem of its smoke suppression is the hotspots of study nowadays.The smoke suppression of organic silica powder and nMMT was investigated on the basis of optimization of relative content of PC,ABS,dual component interfacial compatibilizer and flameretardant.The results showed that nMMT has a big effect on the impact toughness of PC/ABS alloy.
