摘要
采用ESI24作为增容剂,系统考察了ESI24添加量5%和10%两类增容体系中ESI24对PS/LDPE共混体系的增容作用。实验结果表明,LDPE含量的增加使体系的冲击性能得到了较大提高,当LDPE含量介于40%~60%时,增容体系的综合力学性能最佳。固定LDPE的添加量为50%,对比相容剂ESI24和SEBS的增容效果,表明ESI24对PS/LDPE共混体系的增容效果远比SEBS的好,而且ESI24可以在较大的添加量条件下,大幅度地改善增容体系的综合力学性能。
ESI was used as the compatabilizer and the compatibilizing effects on PS/LDPE blend systems with the additions of 5% and 10% ESI 24 were investigated. Experimental results showed that the impact properties of PS/LDPE blends were improved with the increase of LDPE contents. The best overall mechanic properties could be obtained with LDPE contents ranging from 40% to 60%. A contrast was presented for the effects of ESI 24 and SEBS on compatibilizing PS/LDPE blends with a fixed addition of LDPE (50%). It was shown that ESI 24 was superior to SEBS in compatibilizing these resins. Moreover, ESI 24 was able to offer a significant improvement in overall mechanic properties to the compatibilizing systems with a large addition.
