摘要
国际标准、国家标准和美国标准对聚乙烯管材的生产方法存在不同观点。首先探讨了标准的不同之处,然后使用专用挤出设备通过混配料和本色树脂预混黑色母料两种生产方法生产管材,并对管材的性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:采用第二种方法生产的管材炭黑含量和炭黑分散等重要指标能够达到标准的要求,并根据标准的分析和实验的结果提出了自己的一些观点和建议。
ISO standard,GB standard and American standard have different viewpoints on manufacturing methods of PE pipe.The differences of three standards are discussed and the pipes manufactured by special extrusion equipment through different methods—compound and natural resin blended with black masterbatches before extrusion were studied.It is manifested that the important indexes such as carbon black content and carbon black dispersion can achieve the requirements of different standards by the second method.Based on these,the several personal viewpoints and advices are put forward.
