定位式钻杆输送电缆测井技术及其应用

近年来油田采用一些大斜度定向井、老井开窗侧钻井等钻井技术 ,测井面临如何作业的新问题。中原油田研究开发出一种定位式钻杆输送电缆测井技术 ,借助于钻杆起下常规测井仪器和电缆的方式完成测井任务。系统的关键部分是旁通接头和仪器卡子。根据中原油田地质特征优选CLS370 0系列小井眼井下仪器组成测井系列 ,包括双感应 八侧向测井仪、补偿声波测井仪、自然伽马测井仪、磁定位测井仪、补偿中子测井仪、补偿密度和连续井斜测井仪等 ,一次下井可完成 9条测井曲线。两年来的应用效果良好。

Some new logging problems have appeared because horizontal, extended reach and sidetrack wells have been widely drilled in recent years. Logging engineers in Zhongyuan Oilfield have developed a positioned drill pipe conveying wireline logging device, which uses drill pipe to convey the conventional wireline logging tools. The key parts of this new device are bypass junction and clamp or joint. In Zhongyuan Oilfield, chosen is optimized CLS3700 combinable slim-hole or small diameter-hole logging series, including dual induction-lateralog-8,CAL, SGR, magnetic location logging tool, CNL, CDL and continious inclinometer, etc.. Nine logging curves have been obtained with this device at one-logging-run. Two years′ applications are better.
