硫酸钛表面酸性的表征及其催化缩酮活性 被引量:3

摘要 硫酸钛经高温煅烧制得一类新型固体酸,吸附吡啶的红外光谱表明,其表面存在明显的Br nsted酸中心。该类催化剂在环己酮与1,2 丙二醇缩酮化反应中的催化活性好,优化条件如下:煅烧温度450℃,醇酮摩尔比1.3∶1,催化剂用量为酮质量的4%,反应时间60min,反应温度140℃,甲苯作带水剂,优化条件下缩酮产率95%。 A new type solid acid catalysts are prepared by calcination of titanium sulfate at high temperature. IR spectra of pyridine absorbed on the surface showed that the catalysts had Brnsted acid centers. The catalysts had good activity in ketalization between cyclohexanone and 1,2propanediol.The optimum conditions were as follows: calcination temperature 450 ℃,the molar ratio of 1,2propanediol to cyclohexanone 1.3:1,the amount of catalyst 4% upon the mass of cyclohexanone, reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature 140 ℃.Toluene was used as waterentrainer. Under this condition, the yield was 95%.
