摘要
硫酸钛经高温煅烧制得一类新型固体酸,吸附吡啶的红外光谱表明,其表面存在明显的Br nsted酸中心。该类催化剂在环己酮与1,2 丙二醇缩酮化反应中的催化活性好,优化条件如下:煅烧温度450℃,醇酮摩尔比1.3∶1,催化剂用量为酮质量的4%,反应时间60min,反应温度140℃,甲苯作带水剂,优化条件下缩酮产率95%。
A new type solid acid catalysts are prepared by calcination of titanium sulfate at high temperature. IR spectra of pyridine absorbed on the surface showed that the catalysts had Brnsted acid centers. The catalysts had good activity in ketalization between cyclohexanone and 1,2propanediol.The optimum conditions were as follows: calcination temperature 450 ℃,the molar ratio of 1,2propanediol to cyclohexanone 1.3:1,the amount of catalyst 4% upon the mass of cyclohexanone, reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature 140 ℃.Toluene was used as waterentrainer. Under this condition, the yield was 95%.
