摘要
以对苯二甲酸为起始原料,经甲酯化、氨解、Hofmann降解三步反应合成对苯二胺,总收率为65 4%,与经典的对苯二胺合成方法相比,此路线具有原料成本低,合成步骤少,各步反应所需温度较低,压力小等优点。
Using terephthalic acid as raw material,the pphenylenediamine is synthesized through esterification,ammonolysis and Hofmann degradation,with an overall yield reached 65.4%.Compared with the traditional method,advantages of this procedure has lower cost,little step,lower temperature and lower pressure.
