聚乙烯在复合应力场中固态挤出成型的研究 被引量:6

Research on Solid State Extrusion of HDPE in Complex Stress Field

摘要 采用具有复合应力场的挤出口模 ,固态挤出HDPE以获得双向自增强片材。研究表明 ,所得到的自增强片材的纵横向强度都有明显提高 ,微观测试表明 ,在试样内部生成大量排列有序、取向程度很高的微纤结构 。 Biaxially self-reinforced HDPE sheet was prepared by the die with complex stress field on the solid state.The results showed that the longitudinal tensile strength and transverse tensile strength were increased sharply.Highly tropism,orderly arranged micro-fiber structure was produced and these micro-fiber stucture endowed the material with extremely high strength.
