摘要
研究了以粉状聚丙烯为原料、以聚乙烯醇 (PVA )为稳定剂的旋转成型浆液料中的气泡效应。实验结果表明 ,浆液的t1/2 分层时间会随着浸渍时间的延长而减小 ,t1/4 分层时间会随着浸渍时间的延长而增大 ,并分别趋于稳定值。这分别是由于浆液中粉料颗粒间和颗粒内的气泡效应所引起的。本研究结果给出了检测浆液中气泡的存在和生成量的方法 。
Bubble effect in aqueous slurry of powder polypropylene (PP) using poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) as the stabilizer which is used as a sort of raw materials in rotational moulding has been investigated.The experimental results show that the separating time t 1/2 of the slurry decreases with the prolongation of the soaking time of the particles of powder PP,on the contrary,the separating time t 1/4 of the slurry increases and that both the separating time t 1/2 and t 1/4 tends to become stable constants respectively if the soaking time is enough.This is caused by the bubble effects both among and in the particles in the slurry.As a result,a method of determining the bubbles in the slurry has been developed and the technique to remove the bubbles in the slurry has been obtained.
