保护油气层射孔液在中原油田的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 研制出了防止油层损害的ZYNP-1射孔液。对该射孔液的抑制性、抗高温性、抗腐蚀性,与原油乳化能力和保护油气层效果进行了评价。结果表明,射孔液本身或射孔液与地层水混合后均无沉淀,与原油也不会形成稳定的乳状液。经现场100多口井应用表明,ZYNP-1射孔液性能稳定,不分层,与处理剂配伍性良好,并具有很高的渗透率恢复值,油气层增产显著。在濮城油田、文留油田、文卫马油田应用ZYNP-1射孔液的井,单井平均产量分别提高84.7%、60%、32.8%,地层压力系数分别下降了0、0.01、0.21。 Perforating fluid of ZYNP-1 for preventing reservoir damage has been developed. Its properties such as inhibition, high temperature, corrosion resistance and the effects of oil emulsification and reservoir protection have been evaluated in this paper. Results showed perforating fluid itself or mixed with formation water neither deposit nor forms stable emulsion with base oil. Field tests in above 100 wells have indicated that ZYNP-1 has such characteristics as property stabilization, no bedding, good compatibility with treating agent, higher permeability returned ability and remarkable stimulation effect. In oil fields of Pucheng, Wenliu and Wenweima, the oil production per well improved respectively by 84. 7% , 60% and 32. 8% , formation pore pressure factors decreased respectively by 0, 0. 01 and 0. 21.
