摘要 胜利油田丰深1井完钻井深为4495.4 m,预测地层压力系数小于1。介绍了利用引进的制氮设备,在丰深1井成功实施充氮钻井的施工工艺。钻井液充氮技术具有许多优势:能有效降低钻井液循环当量密度,提高机械钻速;由于充氮提高了环空返速,钻井液携带岩屑能力强,即使在泵排量和钻井液切力较低的情况下仍具有良好的携带能力;由于循环当量密度低,有利于保护和发现油气层,对探井特别适用。通过在低密度基液中利用充氮技术,丰深1井成功地进行了勘探施工,取得了良好的勘探效果。 The bottom hole depth of Fengshen-1 Well in Shengli oilfield is 4495. 4 m and the formation pore pressure factor predicted is less than 1. The operating technique of aerated drilling which using the Nitrogen gas producing equipment has been used successfully in Well Fengshen-1. The technique has many advantages such as minimizing the equivalent density effectively and improving ROP; increasing upward annular velocity to carry the cuttings, even in the conditions of low shearing force and low flow rate; protecting formation and finding hydrocarbon reservoir, etc.. By using the technique of aerating Nitrogen gas in the low density base drilling fluid, excellent exploration results have been successfully obtained in Well Fengshen-1.
