摘要
静31-59井是中国第一口双分支侧钻水平井。该井位于沈阳油田静17区块,目的层为S3段。该井第一分支完钻井深为2497 m。第二分支完钻井深为2458 m。针对静31-59双分支侧钻水平井钻井要求,从改善钻井液的流变性、润滑性和稳定性入手,优选出了满足钻井和地质要求的复合有机盐乳化钻井液。经现场应用表明,复合有机盐乳化钻井液性能稳定,润滑性好,携岩洗井能力强,滤失量小,能够有效稳定井壁,保护油气储层,为老区挖潜、降低油田开发成本、提高采收率、增加油气产能提供了保证;该钻井液具有无固相、强抑制性、低毒性等特点,并且配制简单,维护处理方便,满足了静31-59双分支侧钻水平井钻井施工要求。
Well Jing 31-59 is the first bi-lateral horizontal well of China located in Jing 17 block of Shenyang oilfield. Its first branch completion depth is 2497 m and the second is 2458 m. To satisfy the engineering requirements of the well, based on improving rheology property, lubrication and stability, a complex organic salt emulsion drilling fluid has been optimized. Field application showed that the drilling fluid has such properties as good stability and lubrication, strong carrying and cleaning, low filtration, stabilizing borehole and protecting formation. By using it in the maturing field, the development cost has been reduced, the oil recovery has been enhanced and the productivity has been increased. With the other advantages such as free of solid, good inhibition, low toxicity, easy for field maintenance and treatment, the complex organic salt emulsion drilling fluid met the requirements for drilling this well.
